Step 3: Draft Your Experience
Once you are certified in Jebbit, it’s time to draft your experience questions. You probably have a good idea of what the goal of your experience is. Think through questions that will help you learn more about your audience and drive the most value for your customers. As a best practice, Jebbit recommends that you keep the number of questions you ask in the 4 - 7 range. In addition, map out potential responses to each question. Once you have your copy built, you are ready to jump into Jebbit and start building out your experience.
Step 4: Build Your Experience Flow
The Jebbit platform offers customers several options for creating new experiences. They can choose a default template, which provides pre-populated screens and is ideal for quickly getting started on a specific case. Alternatively, they can start from scratch, allowing them to individually select each screen and customize their experience. Customers also have the option to copy an existing experience, which saves time when launching similar content. Another useful feature is the ability to “templatize an experience”, turning it into a reusable template for future use. These options empower customers to create engaging experiences tailored to their unique needs, whether they prefer a quick start or more customized approach.
Step 5: Build Your Experience Logic
Jebbit offers different outcome types to deliver personalized recommendations based on user responses to questions within an experience. Matching Outcomes provide a single recommendation based on the points assigned to each response. They are ideal for personality quizzes or recommending one product. Multi-Product Outcomes, a subset of Matching Outcomes, recommend a defined set of products for each outcome. They are useful for showing static groups of products, like beauty routines. Scoring Outcomes categorize users into groups based on the number of correct answers given, making them suitable for trivia or knowledge tests. Dynamic Product Feeds allow recommendations from a product catalog based on user responses, making them versatile for large product inventories or personalized metadata-based recommendations. These outcome types empower businesses to deliver in-the-moment personalization and recommendations tailored to user preferences and goals.
Step 6: Finalize Integration
Through an integration, customers can send data captured by their Jebbit experiences to their preferred CRM tool or data center. Recognizing the importance of organizing and managing consumer data effectively, Jebbit offers both custom-built integrations and pre-built integrations with various vendors, including Klaviyo, Adobe Analytics, Braze, HubSpot, MailChimp, Salesforce, Shopify, and many more. If a customer's desired integration is not listed, they can request a new integration through the Jebbit platform. The process of requesting new integrations or existing integrations is outlined, and customers can seek further assistance from the Jebbit team if needed. This functionality enables seamless data transfer and enhances the ability to analyze and utilize consumer insights for sales, marketing, and customer service purposes.

By adding pixels to Jebbit experiences, businesses can track various metrics like views, completions, and leads on each screen, enabling retargeting efforts and audience segmentation. Launch links allow businesses to track performance and traffic across different channels using Channel Analytics.
