You’ve launched an experience (Congrats!), and now you’d like to see how it’s performing. Head to the Experience Analytics Dashboard to see overarching performance, question analytics, audience insights, and channel analytics.


Step by Step Guide

  1. Navigate to your “Reporting” Tab and “Experience Analytics.” Click an experience from the list, or search for an experience in the search bar.

  1. At the top of the Dashboard, you’ll see your traffic waterfall of views, engagements, completions, and leads (if captured in your experience).

  2. Scroll down the page and you’ll see a breakdown of device traffic and your top performing channel.
