Jebbit has an integration built using the Hubspot API that allows you to use the power of your Jebbit data to seamlessly create and enrich customer profiles within your Hubspot environment.

Once you have your Jebbit Experience created, you will begin collecting data from attributes. These attributes can be used to create new Hubspot Contacts, or update attributes for existing Hubspot Contacts in real time from your Jebbit Experience.

The primary value we use to link Jebbit data to your Hubspot data is a user email address. The email address can be collected as a value in the Jebbit Experience, or passed in the Launch Link via the UID parameter.

The attributed collected from the Jebbit experience will be mapped to your Contact Properties Attributes:

Jebbit will need the following information to complete your Hubspot Integration:

From your Jebbit account, navigate to the Attributes section, and find the Jebbit attribute that you want mapped to your Hubspot Integration. Provide us with the attribute ID as shown in the below image, last_name being the value in this example:

From your Hubspot account, you then want to find or create the corresponding Contact Property, and provide us with the Internal name, country being the value in this example:

Jebbit will need this mapping information for all Jebbit attributes you wish to collect in Hubspot.

For security reasons, we ask that you transfer the information from your .txt file via Dropbox File request. Please submit your file using this URL.

Once the integration is complete, Jebbit will reach out to confirm you are seeing test values (or actual values, depending on how far along you are with your experiences) to confirm the integration is working. You will also have the ability to independently test on your own by completing an experience and confirming the data is populated in your Hubspot account.

As Jebbit will pass you custom contact properties in your integration, you can use these custom contact properties to personalize content from within Hubspot.
