Using Jebbit Events to Build Klaviyo Email Series

Jebbit's integration with Klaviyo unlocks countless ways for brands to enrich customer profiles, create targeted email series, and overall build genuine relationships with consumers through personalized touchpoints using Jebbit data. Below is an overview of all of the data that you will receive from Jebbit when you use our Klaviyo integration.


All Jebbit Data Passed as Events

Jebbit sends all user session data (Attributes, product matches, interaction context) as both Custom Properties and Events. Events are used by brands to create email flows in Klaviyo, so Jebbit has made it so brands have total flexibility when choosing a Jebbit datapoint that will trigger a personalized email flow.

Unique Experience Metrics

Jebbit sends a unique Klaviyo Metric for every Jebbit experience that you launch. The Metric follows this syntax "Jebbit {Experience Name} Completed." This allows brands to make sure the follow up communication sent from Klaviyo is always based on the most relevant touchpoint in Jebbit.

Completion Metrics

Jebbit sends a SurveyCompleted and a SurveyIncomplete Metric depending on whether a user makes it to the completion point in your experience or not. This means that you can target users who don't finish your experience with a different approach than users who do complete your experience.

To take full advantage of these Completion Metrics, make sure you have properly marked a completion point in your Jebbit experience before going live. Follow these steps!

  1. First, check out this overview on completion points

  2. Make sure that your Lead Capture screen is not marked as a completion point

  3. Make sure that your Lead Capture screen is placed before the completion point as well

  4. We recommend that the completion point is marked on the final screen in your experience only

If you are planning to capture email in the URL without a Lead Capture screen you can still use these Completion Metrics. You will just need to reach out to our support team (support@jebbit.com) to make sure your integration is set up to send data when the email is captured in the URL.
