Parent Reporting is a way to aggregate and view reporting across all your Jebbit brands all in one place.

Step by Step Guide

  1. First, you'll need to reach out to your Customer Success Manager to gain access to a Parent Reporting account. You can also reach out to the Support Team for assistance.

  2. Once you have access to a Parent Account, you can easily add Child Brands you have access to. To do this, click on the name of the Brand in the upper right corner of the platform to open a dropdown menu, and then select 'Parent Account Setup'

  3. Underneath 'Brand Settings' click on 'Add a Child business.' This will bring you to a page with all of your accounts that you have access to listed out. Click on the account that you would like to add as a Child Account.

  4. If you are a Jebbit customer with an intricate reporting structure where you may want to view the data by dimensions such as Region, Category, Divison or Brand, you can set your account up to view the data in this manner. Reach out to your Customer Success Manager if you need help setting up your Tags, or watch the video below to see how you can accomplish this on your own as well:
