Jebbit makes it easy to create and update contacts and their contact fields in your Qualtrics list from data collected via your Jebbit Experience. Jebbit attributes are sent as contact fields, matching your mapped IDs and values.

Setting up a Qualtrics Integration

There are a few steps we ask you to take so that Jebbit can securely receive access to perform the integration. You will need administrative access to your account to perform these steps.

Note: The feature, and therefore the integration, is only available to XM Directory Customers, which is available at higher pricing tiers.

1. Locate your API Token

  • Log in to Qualtrics.

  • Go to Account Settings in the user dropdown.

  • Go to Qualtrics IDs​.

  • Click Generate if you haven't generated your token yet.

    • Note: If you already have a valid API token, "Generate Token" will replace it with a new one (the old one will expire immediately). Any existing API calls will not work until they are updated to use the new token.

2. Provide the directory to push users to

The recommendation from our team is to push contacts into an XM Qualtrics Directory specifically denoted for Jebbit.

3. Copy API Integration Information to a .txt file

Please copy the API user name and secret key along with the Contact List ID into a .txt file. Include your name and company name in the name of your .txt file.

Example File:

4. Submit your .txt file via Dropbox File Request

For security reasons, we ask that you transfer the information from your .txt file via Dropbox File request. Please submit your file using this URL.

The Jebbit Integrations Team will be notified once this information is submitted, and will be in contact with you regarding timelines and testing.
