Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I just ran a test on a launch URL — why don’t I see the email I submitted on my test in my BlueConic profile yet?
A: There are a couple of reasons why you may not see your test submission right away. The issue might be related to how your profile mapping is configured in BlueConic, or whether there is a completion screen or point marked in your quiz yet.First, check if your profile mapping in BlueConic is set up correctly. If profiles are set to require a specific action to update, such as an opt-in confirmation, the data may not appear until this step is completed.
If that isn’t the issue, double-check whether you are completing your quiz during your test sessions. If a user does not reach the completion point in the quiz within a single session, you may not see their information pass to BlueConic for about fifteen minutes. The integration is designed this way to ensure that Jebbit does not send user sessions prematurely. If you haven't published your quiz before testing, ensure that there is a completion point set. You can also manually mark completion points before publishing.
Q: I’m retargeting known subscribers and sending them a Jebbit experience via email to enrich their profiles in BlueConic with attributes from Jebbit. I've configured the launch URL to capture a UID parameter dynamically so that I don’t have to use a lead capture screen in this experience. Several users have taken the quiz. Why don’t I see attributes from the quiz populating as Custom Properties on their BlueConic profiles?
A: There may be a couple of different issues at play here.First, ensure that your BlueConic integration supports capturing profiles via the UID parameter in your launch URL. This may not be enabled by default, so you might need to reach out to our Support team or your customer success representative for assistance.
Once you are certain that your integration is configured correctly, verify that all your attributes are mapped, and that your experience has been published.
