Explore the platform
When you log in to Experiences by Jebbit, you’ll always land on the Builder tab—your central workspace for experience creation. The main areas of the platform include:
Builder | Reporting | Attributes |

You’ll also find key tools:
Brand environment dropdown: Change brands, configure environment settings.
Invite team members: Send invites to teammates to collaborate in a brand.
Learn more: Access BlueConic University, share an idea, and access doc.
Bell icon (top-right): Newsfeed with inspiration and announcements.
AI agent (bottom right): Chat directly with customer support.
Configure your style guide
Your style guide is where you define and apply consistent visual styling across your experiences, including:
Logo
Font colors and typefaces
Button styles (backgrounds, borders, corner radius, etc.)
Background color
Footer text
Progress bar
Back button
You can create multiple brand designs for different use cases like product lines, regions, or seasonal campaigns. Brand designs apply globally across all experiences but you can always o experiences individually.
We recommend configuring your style guide as soon as possible once you get into your brand environment. It often requires cross-functional collaboration with other teams and can delay the experience creation process.
Select the type of experience you'll create
Consider where you'll launch your experience (social, website, etc.) and what kind of interaction you want to have with your customers (quiz, sweepstakes, polling.)
If you're not sure where to start, explore the Template Gallery. Templates are fully customizable and a great way to build faster while following proven formats.
Experience types
Jebbit has several core experience types for interacting and engaging with your audience.
Product Match Quiz: Deliver personalized, real-time recommendations that guide consumers to the right product—just like a digital personal shopper.
Personality Quiz: Engage users with playful outcomes that reveal insights about their preferences and interests.
Standard Survey: Capture valuable insights with branded, dynamic surveys designed for higher engagement and completion rates.
Lookbook: Turn product catalogs into interactive flipbooks that drive traffic to relevant site pages based on user preferences.
Interactive Editorial: Enhance educational content with multimedia and branching paths for an immersive, choose-your-own-adventure experience.
Live Polling & Voting: Run contests, gather opinions, or crowdsource insights with real-time voting that boosts interaction and shareability.
Trivia & Knowledge Test: Spark competition and brand awareness with quizzes users love to share. Offer results in exchange for contact details.
Landing Page / Lead Form: Quickly create branded landing pages and lead capture forms—no coding or IT help required.
Onsite Companion: Add a chatbot-style widget to your site to drive actions, collect data, offer promotions, or improve navigation.
Lightbox: Launch any Jebbit experience as a popup to engage users without disrupting their browsing.
We recommend starting with a simple experience (max 4-7 screens) using the quiz type (typically high user engagement rates) or the survey type (quick to configure.)
Determine the user data you'll collect
Interactive experiences means that you can collect user data based on your customers responses. It's common to collect:
Lead data: Use lead capture screens and elements to gather contact information for each user who interacts with your experience. You can make it mandatory or optional. They're configured for each experience.
Attributes: Use attributes to collect answers to the questions you ask in the experience. They're configured globally and applied or individually for each experience.
Pixel data: Pixels, or tracking tags, are HTML code snippets. They help us track views, completions, and leads for each experience screen. They're configured for each experience.
