This integration unlocks countless ways for brands to enrich customer profiles, create targeted email series, and overall build genuine relationships with consumers through personalized touchpoints using Experiences by Jebbit data.
Before you begin
Ensure you have an active Klaviyo account.
Verify that your Jebbit account is integrated with Klaviyo.
Set up your Klaviyo List or Segment in advance to capture new profiles or updated profile properties.
Data passed from Experiences by Jebbit to Klaviyo
Jebbit sends all user session data including attributes, product matches, and interaction context as both Custom Properties and Events. Brands can use these Events to trigger email flows in Klaviyo, with complete flexibility to choose any Jebbit data point as a trigger for personalized communication.
Unique experience metrics
Experiences by Jebbit sends a unique Klaviyo Metric for every experience that you launch. The metric follows this syntax, "Jebbit {Experience Name} Completed." This allows brands to make sure the follow-up communication sent from Klaviyo is always based on the most relevant touchpoint in their experience.
Completion metrics
To take full advantage of these Completion Metrics, make sure you have properly marked a completion point in your Jebbit experience before going live. Follow these steps!

We recommend that the completion point is marked on the final screen in your experience only.
Jebbit sends a SurveyCompleted and a SurveyIncomplete Metric depending on whether a user makes it to the completion point in your experience or not. This means that you can target users who don't finish your experience with a different approach than users who do complete your experience.
