The Brand Dashboard provides a comprehensive view of your Jebbit performance across any chosen date range, displaying aggregated metrics from all your launched experiences. This dashboard allows you to understand the overall success of your Jebbit initiatives. Experience Analytics offers a way to examine the performance of individual Jebbit experiences, allowing for detailed analysis and identification of optimization opportunities. These analytics tools are important because they provide valuable insights into user engagement, completion rates, and other key performance indicators, helping you to understand what's working and where improvements can be made.
Within Experience Analytics, Question Analytics offers a deeper understanding of user responses to individual questions within an experience, including response rates and how users answer. Furthermore, for experiences utilizing product feeds, reporting for product data provides insights into product views and responses.
Before you begin
Ensure you have launched Jebbit experiences to populate the Brand Dashboard and Experience Analytics with data.
To analyze question-level data, you will need to navigate to Question Analytics within an individual experience.
For product data reporting, ensure your campaigns are using either a Dynamic Product Feed or Standard Product Outcomes.
Accessing the Brand Dashboard
Click Reporting from the main navigation bar.
Select Brand Dashboard, which is the second option in the drop-down menu.
On the Brand Dashboard, you will see aggregated performance metrics across all your experiences.
You can filter these aggregate results by device type and date range for a more specific view.
The Metrics graph below the aggregate metrics allows you to view specific performance metrics over time. You can filter the graph by metrics such as Loads, Views, Users engaged, Completions, and Lead captures.
The Experiences chart displays a list of your top experiences based on user traffic volume. You can navigate to the Experience Dashboard of a specific experience by clicking on its name or view the full list on the Experience Analytics page by clicking "Go to experience list".
The Top Channel pie chart shows total volumes broken down by channel, allowing you to analyze which channels drive the most volume for a selected metric.
Accessing Experience Analytics
Click Reporting from the main navigation bar.
Select Experience Analytics.
You can filter your experiences based on various parameters or search for a specific experience.
Click on an experience name from the list or search results to access its specific analytics.
On the Experience Dashboard for a selected experience, you will see a traffic overview of views, engagements, completions, and leads.
Further down the page, you will find breakdowns of device traffic and top-performing channels for that specific experience.
Accessing and Utilizing Question Analytics
Open the Experience Dashboard for a specific experience.
Click Question Analytics from the reporting navigation bar.
At the top of the Question Analytics page, you can filter data by Sub-Channels, Iterations, device type, and date range.
The Response Rate per screen chart shows the response rate for each question, with the overall experience response rate represented by a yellow line and individual question response rates by blue bars. A dip below the average response rate may indicate an optimization opportunity.
The Question Details section lists each individual question screen. Expanding a question reveals the breakdown of responses, the response rate, and the average time of engagement on that screen.
The Outcomes breakdown at the bottom of the page shows the total number of consumers that completed the experience and reached an outcome, with a chart displaying the distribution of outcomes.
Accessing and Exporting Product Data
Open the Experience Dashboard for a specific experience.
Click Question Analytics from the reporting navigation bar.
Select Products for the products data report.
Click on the Export button.
You will see two options for exporting Products data:
Event Level Report: This report shows which products were viewed and clicked on for each individual user session. You can also control which columns are added and how the data is rendered in the CSV. You can choose which field from the feed (e.g., Title, ID, or Description) will represent the product in the export.
Aggregate Report: This option, which only appears on campaigns using a Product Feed, provides reporting on the total Views, Responses (clicks), and Response Rate (Clicks/Views) for each product in your feed. You can customize the columns to include in the export.
Select Region Data and confirm the region selection. The region defaults to Non-EU. If the data will originate from Europe, choose EU to ensure proper data handling.
Click Email CSV to receive the exported data.
