This checklist helps you ensure your Jebbit experience is ready to share on your website and social channels. By reviewing these items, you can confirm that your experience is fluid and engaging for your audience.
Before you begin
Identify your launch channels and traffic drivers.
Clarify your traffic drivers and calls to action to ensure a smooth experience.
Preview the experience
Locate your experience from the library.
Click on Preview.
(Optionally) Select the drop-down to perform a Full Screen Preview. We recommend this option to show the full user experience.
Toggle between both desktop and mobile to ensure all of your text and imagery is set.
Select the QR code icon within the desktop preview to conveniently view the experience on your mobile device.
Add screen names
Navigate to the Builder Map.
Click the three dots attached to the screen.
Select Rename Screen and enter your text.
Click Save.
Add nodes
Ensure there are no empty nodes at the end of your experience. The experience should conclude by directing users to another URL to continue their engagement with your brand.
Click on the node at the end of your experience and add a redirect.
Select any of the options below, depending on your experience.
a. Webpage URLb. Popout redirect?
c. Forward url params?
d. Append custom URL Parameters
Click Finish.
Mark completion points
Completions in the Analytics Dashboard are automatically counted when a user reaches the end of a Jebbit experience, except for experiences with a lead capture screen.
Click the three dots attached to the screen.
Select Mark Completion. A pop up will appear.
Click Continue.
Note: By manually marking this completion, the auto marking of screens will not apply. If you wish to count other completion points within your experience, please manually mark them. To mark completions at a different point, see this article.
Map outcomes
Navigate to the Builder Map.
Select Outcomes.
Click on Matching Tab in the outcome menu. Add correct descriptors to each outcome.
Navigate to the Outcome Logic tab by clicking on the left panel of the content editor screen. Questions appear with a row for each response and outcomes across the top.
Allocate a point(s) value to one or more outcomes for each response. These will be used to determine which outcome is shown to users.
Click Save.
Point values range from -10 to 10. A high, positive point value will positively weight a response to an Outcome. A low, negative point value will negatively weight a response to an Outcome.
Configure social post preview
Click Builder Map and select the three dots (More) on the right of your screen.
Select Customize Social Post Preview from the dropdown.
Add an image, title, and description that users will see when this link is posted or shared. Keep it concise.
Select Test on Facebook to test the preview, or select Finish.
Verify launch links
Click on Launch.
Check the URLs to ensure they are launch links and not preview links. The preview link will end with "draft=true".
Verify pixel firing
Perform the actions within the Jebbit experience that are supposed to trigger the pixels (e.g., click the first button, submit lead info, reach the outcome screen, etc.)
Configure user IDs
Click on Launch.
Select Email.
Toggle User ID to append a UID parameter onto the end of a launch link.
Ensure your user IDs will be passed through so you can identify each user’s responses with their unique identifier in your system. Send a test email to confirm.
Verify integration setup
Refer to your documentation and your Customer Success team to ensure your experience is configured to pass data back correctly.
Next steps
Run test submissions to using the launch links you created. This step confirms that the quiz is collecting and storing data in the platform and/or passing data to connected integrations.
Monitor the performance using the Analytics Dashboard. Pay attention to metrics such as engagement rates and completion rates to understand how users are interacting with your experience.
FAQ
What is the difference between launch links and preview links?
Launch links ensure that the experience is accessed in its published state, with all tracking and integrations active. Preview links are for testing and may not accurately reflect the live experience.
Where can I find more help or information if I encounter issues before launching?
If you experience any problems during the pre-launch process, you can refer to the Jebbit documentation or contact your dedicated Customer Success Manager for assistance.
