The Attentive integration in Experiences by Jebbit enables you to send mobile numbers and associated attributes directly to your Attentive account, helping you grow your SMS subscriber list and personalize communication. With just a few configuration steps, you can seamlessly pass real-time engagement data to Attentive from Experiences by Jebbit.
Before you begin
Request the integration with our team.
Gather your Attentive API key and Sign-up Source ID.
A published Experience by Jebbit that collects phone numbers.
Create the Attentive integration
Navigate to Attributes in your experience.
Select Integrations from the dropdown.
Click the Attentive tile and select Use Integration.
Enter your Attentive API key.
Enter your Sign-up Source ID.
Click Integrate.
Once submitted, your Attentive account will be connected to Experiences by Jebbit in real time.
Note: Please refer to the Attentive documentation here for generating your API key. You will need to create a new app for Jebbit in order to obtain an API key. Please assign the "Custom Attributes", "Custom Events", and "Subscribers" permissions.
Configure integration settings
Under Review the data that's passing through, select either to:
a. Pass Outcomesb. Pass only opted-in users.
Next, under Let's activate, select Activate Integration and Done.
Map attributes in your experience
To ensure your data flows correctly:
Include a phone number field in your experience. All other mapped attributes will pass automatically and associate with the phone number.
Pass outcome names as attributes if needed.
Tip: Phone number is the only required field for the integration to function correctly. Learn more about Attributes here.

I can't find the API Key?
You will need to create a new app for Experiences by Jebbit in order to obtain an API key.
I can't find the signUpSourceId?
The signUpSourceId can be found in the Sign-up Units tab of the Attentive platform in the ID column for any API sign-up method. Or, you can contact Attentive's White Glove team (whiteglove@attentivemobile.com) or your Client Strategy Manager at Attentive to request a sign-up source for either marketing or transactional opt-ins.
