The Jebbit AI Product Assistant is a feature designed to improve the relevance of product recommendations within your experiences by automatically matching users to the most suitable products based on their quiz responses. This tool leverages AI to choose the best products to show to the end user by analyzing the information in your product feed and the questions and answers in your experience. The AI Product Assistant can handle all of your product feed mapping, or you can combine it with your own logic mapping. This feature aims to accelerate experience creation and provide a jump start in creating effective experiences.
Before you begin
Ensure you have uploaded a product feed (CSV) to Jebbit that contains descriptive product details.
Verify that the content in your product feed has a high similarity score with the questions and responses in your experience. If the feed content (e.g., coffee products) is not closely related to the experience topic (e.g., shoes), the AI Product Assistant will not be enabled. Jebbit will validate the chosen feed to ensure it aligns with the questions in your experience. For example, for a candle match experience, the feed should feature candle products with descriptive columns like "scent".
Navigate to your quiz’s Product Feed Logic page and select the feed you will be using.
Enabling the AI Product Assistant:
If your product feed passes the validation step, the AI Product Assistant is enabled automatically on the next step. You will see the AI Product Assistant option as enabled.
If your feed does not pass validation, the AI Product Assistant will not be enabled, and you will need to manually map your fields.
Using AI for Product Selection:
With the AI Product Assistant turned on, Jebbit uses AI to choose the most relevant products from your feed to display to users based on their answers. You do not necessarily need to set up manual logic for product selection.
The AI analyzes the correlation between the questions and responses in your experience and the content in your product feed.
The AI aims to serve the best products to your end users based on their selections.
Setting Manual Rules (Optional):
You have the option to map the most important fields from your feed to relevant responses to ensure more accurate recommendations.
If you want to prioritize certain product attributes, you can set manual rules on top of the AI.
When you manually map product feed fields, Jebbit will always honor these mappings before the AI chooses products.
Once your manual mappings are applied and the results are filtered down, the AI will choose the best products to display from the remaining results.
Testing the AI Product Assistant:
As long as you have mapped at least one field, you can use the Test Product Feed. This tool allows you to see real-time product recommendations as you navigate through the experience.
Previewing your experience will also demonstrate the AI's product selection.

FAQ
Do I need to map fields to relevant responses, or will AI Assist handle that for me?
AI Assist will technically work without mapping fields and will always try to serve the best products. However, it is recommended that you still map the most important fields to ensure more accurate recommendations. For example, if scent is a key differentiator for candles, map the scent fields to the relevant question.
If I choose to manually map the most important fields on top of the AI Assist tool, how will Jebbit support that logic?
If you map your product feed manually, Jebbit will always honor the fields you mapped first. The AI will then choose the best products from the remaining results after your manual filters are applied.
Can I use Exact Match logic with the AI Assist tool?
If you use Exact Match logic and there are fewer results after filtering than the number of slots to fill, the AI will not be used. The AI will only be leveraged when there are more matching products than slots to fill.
How can I test that the AI Assist tool is working?
As long as you've mapped at least one field, you can use the Test Product Feed to see real-time product recommendations as you navigate the experience.
