Custom Meta Events for Optimization on Meta

In order to run custom conversation events on a Meta ad (Facebook), Meta requires that you first verify your domain. This article is an overview of everything Jebbit does to allow you to launch Jebbit experiences in your Meta ads seamlessly.


Step by Step Guide

  1. Before you can optimize for a custom conversion event on Meta, you’ll need to launch Jebbit experiences on a custom domain. By default, all of the launch links in the Jebbit platform use the Jebbit domain. Here is the current structure of a Jebbit launch link.

  1. You can now request your own custom domain directly from the Jebbit platform. Just ensure you own the domain. You can find more information here.

  2. Once your custom domain is ready, you’ll be able to launch Jebbit experiences with your own domain. Within the launch page of the Jebbit user interface your launch links will be formatted like the following.

  1. Next, you'll want to verify your domain with Meta. This will allow you to create and prioritize eight of your own custom optimization events on your own domain within the Meta Business Manager! You can find specific documentation in the Meta Business Help Center here!
