Email Glossary


If you include a Jebbit Email Trigger in your experience, then you will be able to track performance through the "Email Analytics" tab within your Experience level dashboard.

The total number of emails sent.

Delivery Rate
The percent of sent emails delivered successfully.

Unique Open Rate
The percent of delivered emails that were opened at least once.

Unique Click Rate
The percent of delivered emails in which a link was clicked at least once.

Scheduled Delay
The amount of time after a user completes an experience that an email is sent. If an email is scheduled to be sent immediately, this will display as “None.”
