You can export a list of randomly generated winners from your Analytics page. This feature is especially helpful when running a sweepstake or giveaway, as you can export a list of winners based on your criteria.

Step-by-Step Guide
Navigate to the Question Analytics page of the experience you wish to generate the export for.
Click the green ‘Export’ button in the top lefthand corner (this is the same button you click to generate standard Analytics exports).
Choose the ‘Sweepstakes’ option at the top of the modal
NOTE: you will only see the ‘Sweepstakes’ option appear for experiences that have lead capture. If no leads were captured, the ‘Sweepstakes’ tab will not appear.
Set up your export by inputting the following parameters:
Max Number of Winners: Choose how many leads you want to be sent over in the export (e.g., if you want 5 winners, set '5' and the export will show 5 leads).
Selection Type: In V1, 'Random' is the only option. This means that all users will be randomly selected.
Selection Criteria: Select which, if any, attributes are required (e.g., you may only want users who provided their name and email address to be eligible to win).
Columns to Include: Choose which fields you want to show up in your export. Every field you select will show up as a separate column in the export.
Exclude duplicate emails: This is a commonly used checkbox, which ensures no two winners will be the same.
Region Data: Select your region - EU (European Union), or non-EU (everywhere that isn't the European Union).
Click Email CSV and the export will appear in your inbox.

Q: How long should it take for the export to arrive in my email inbox?
A: It should typically appear within 2 minutes, but it could take up to 5 minutes. If you are not seeing your export in your inbox within 10 minutes, reach out to customer support.
Q: Is there a way to track how many 'winner' exports have been completed already?
A: In V1, we do not currently show this statistic. It is best to never delete any Sweepstakes export, so you can easily search for them in your inbox.
Q: What does the email look like?
A: The title of the email will read: 'Your Sweepstakes CSV is ready' - the sender is 'no-reply@jebbit.com'. It will have one large gray 'click to download your csv' button.
Q: Which email will the export arrive to?
A: It will arrive at the email associated with your Jebbit login.
Q: When should I generate my export during my sweepstakes?
A: Each sweepstakes you run will have defined periods of time where the winner is selected. Most commonly, we recommend waiting until your sweepstakes has completed before generating the export to ensure all participants have a chance at winning.
