Optimize your experience post-launch

Updated yesterday

Analyzing your experience after you send it live can reveal opportunities for optimization. Below are some of the most common issues and troubleshooting recommendations for optimizing your experience.

I have low engagement scores

Solution 1: A/B testing

  • We recommend you create an A/B split traffic test to see if users will engage with the first question. Then you can measure if capturing attention leads to higher completions.

Solution 2: Clearer copy

  • Ensure your launch links and copy clearly call out type of content, any incentive, and how the user can access the experience (e.g. “link in bio” or “learn more” if it’s a paid post)

My response rate on a screen dips below the average response rate?

Solution 1: Change screen copy

  • Consider changing the copy on the screen with low responses. We typically recommend adding a call to action so as to encourage users to participate.

Drop-offs are reducing my completion rate

Solution 1: Shorten the experience

  • Consider shortening the length of the experience (we recommend four to six screens), adjust the copy on either the lead screen or intro to show the user the value exchange offered in the experience.

  • If users are dropping off due to a Lead Capture screen, add a “Skip” button to allow users to complete without inputing data.
