The Media Library in Experiences by Jebbit serves as a centralized repository for all your image and video assets. Accessible across all campaigns within your brand, it streamlines the management and deployment of media content. Additionally, you can copy your media library to other brands, facilitating consistent asset utilization across multiple brands.

Before You Begin

Ensure you have the necessary permissions to access the Settings menu and manage media assets within your account.


Accessing the Media Library

  1. Navigate to Settings: Locate the Settings menu in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.​

  2. Open Media Library: Select Media Library from the Brand Setup menu to access your stored media assets.​

Uploading Media Assets

  1. Initiate Upload: In the Media Library, click the upload icon (upward-facing arrow).​

  2. Select Files: Choose individual files or drag and drop an entire folder into the uploader.​

  3. Upload Files: The selected files will be uploaded and added to your Media Library.​

Copying Media to Another Brand

  1. Select Copy Option: In the Media Library, click Copy Media to Another Brand.​

  2. Choose Destination Brand: Select the name of the target brand.​

  3. Confirm Copy: Confirm the action to share your media assets with the selected brand.​

Downloading Creative Specifications

Within the Media Library, you can download the Creative Specs guide by clicking View Creative Spaces. The guide outlines compatible image specifications for various features, including images, videos, and image buttons for both desktop and mobile views.​

Adding Images from the Screen Editor

  1. Open Screen Editor: Navigate to the screen editor tool.​

  2. Add Elements: Click Add Elements to open the feature menu.​

  3. Select Media Type: Choose Image/video to access your media library.​

  4. Insert Media: Select the desired media asset to add it to your screen.
