Element types overview

Elements are the foundational elements of each screen that determine what information you show to customers on which screen.

There are 7 categories of elements:

  • General: The most frequently used elements on screens.

  • Response types: Engaging elements that allow users to interact with your experience. Often used in gamification or to make more advanced Q&A screens.

  • Outcomes: Display recommendations to your users based on their responses to your questions.

  • Dynamic Product Feed: Display multiple items from your product feed at once.

  • Sharing: Add social sharing options to a screen.

  • Form inputs: Used to capture leads in a standardized format.

  • Commonly used form elements: Additional form elements that are commonly used on lead capture screens.


Add, move, and delete elements

Add an element to a screen

  1. Open the Editor.

  2. Click Add Elements.

  3. Select the element you wan to add.

  4. The element is added to the screen.

Reorder elements on a screen

  1. Select the element on the screen.

  2. Click the up and down arrow to move the element above or below the other elements.

Copy and paste an element to another screen

  1. Select the element on the screen.

  2. Select the three dot menu.

  3. Click Copy.

  4. Select the screen you want to move it to from the screen selector.

  5. Click any element on the screen.

  6. Click the three dot menu.

  7. Click Paste.

Delete an element

  1. Select the element from the screen.

  2. Click the trash icon.


Configure elements

The settings for each element type differ. Once you add an element to a screen, click it and its editable fields appear in the editor window. For details on how to configure an element, search for the element name into the knowledge base.
