Limit Completions on a Jebbit Experience
Edited

By default, consumers will be able to go through your experience an unlimited number of times. However, there may be some instances where you’d want to limit the amount of times that a single consumer takes your experience - for example: in an experience with a voting component or sweepstakes entry, in order to enforce certain participation rules.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: What happens if a consumer returns to your experience for a second time within the time limit that you’ve specified?

A: When Limit Completes is turned on, returning users will be brought to the screen that they last dropped off on. For example, if a user makes it to the third screen in your experience and drops, they will be brought back to the third screen in the experience when they return again.

Q: How is user session data organized for users who return part-way through an experience?

A: If a user starts an experience, leaves, and then returns, this is all counted as a single session.
