Step by Step Guide
To set up your first Custom Domain follow the steps outlined here
To request another Custom Domain click on “Need more custom domains? Request more”
This action will trigger a notification to the Jebbit Support team. Our team will make a small adjustment to your account settings and then you will see the option to configure a new custom domain.
The process for adding a new custom domain is the same as adding your first domain at this point. Review steps here.
After your additional custom domain is configured, you’ll be able to apply it to a specific campaign that has not been published yet
Upon the first campaign publish, you will be prompted to name the iteration as well as select the relevant custom domain
Whichever domain is selected upon the first publish is permanently associated with the campaign and cannot be changed at a later time.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: I only see the option to set up one custom domain. How do I add another?
A: All accounts are configured for one custom domain by default. Reach out to the Support team to add more custom domains to your account!
Q: I don’t see the option to assign a specific custom domain to my campaign.
A: You are given the option to assign a specific custom domain to a campaign when you first publish a campaign. If a campaign has already been published you will not see that option. To get around this, you’ll need to make a copy of the campaign in question and publish the copy to receive the custom domain selection prompt.
Q: Can I change the custom domain for an existing campaign that is already published and collecting consumer data?
A: No, you can only assign a custom domain upon the first publish. Once a custom domain is associated with a campaign it cannot be changed at a later time.
