The Question Matrix is a great element type to have consumers share their sentiment and thoughts on numerous questions, all within one screen. It can be commonly used for brand affinity, post purchase and satisfaction surveys.

What makes the Question Matrix so powerful is the amount of declared data you can collect while also having full creative and styling control over the look and feel of the matrix.

1. The Question Matrix can be found under Add Elements>Question Type within the editor.

2. When you add the Question Matrix element a 3x3 grid with questions as rows and answers as column headers are added by default. You can add as many rows as you want and up to 4 columns. To add, remove to reorder a row or column click on the header area to grab the row or column. Use the float toolbar to perform the action you wish.

3. You have full control over the background colors of the grid while also being able to select the colors for your radio buttons.

A: You can check out the insights for the Question Matrix in 2 ways.

1. Question Analytics UI: You will notice the questions broken down by response all in one place to see how people answered each question.

2. Event Level CSV Export: Each question in the question matrix will represent a column header in the CSV export. The responses will be the individual values in the rows.
