Support Requests

To request support, customers may contact the BlueConic Support team by emailing support@jebbit.com. The following should be provided with any support requests to the extent it is known:

  • User email address

  • A detailed description of the issue, with as much detail as can reasonably be provided with reference to the problem in a clear step-by-step format

  • A detailed description of the intention or goal of the user and what the user was hoping to achieve

  • The name of your brand environment

  • Builder URL

  • Site URL, if embedded

  • Status of launch, or date of launch if not yet live

  • Any relevant attachments (i.e. screenshots, screen recordings) if applicable

  • Priority of the request

The Jebbit Support Team is available Monday through Friday from 12:00am to 7:00pm ET, excluding public holidays. The table below lists the days the Support Team is offline or offering only limited support hours. In each case, support will resume the following business day.

When can I reach the Support team?

Our Support Team monitors the in-platform chat roughly between the hours of 12:00am - 7:00pm EST, Mondays - Fridays (except for US or Boston public holidays).

When you contact our Support team using the in-platform chat tool, you can expect to hear back from our team within an hour or less (usually just a few moments!)

How do I reach the Support team?

Contacting the Support Team via the in-platform chat is always the fastest way to get the help you need. However, you can also email support@jebbit.com for assistance as well.

What does Support help with?

Our Support Team can answer any question that you have about using the Jebbit platform. If you have product feedback or recommendations, you can share those with our team using the support chat, too! You can also submit feature requests in our ideas portal here!
